NoShowGuard helps salons, barbers, studios, tutors and clinic front desks plan around no-shows: estimate what no-shows cost per week, month and year, recommend deposit and late-cancel fee levels, compute how many extra bookings reach a target fill rate, build reminder send times with draft messages, compare no-show measures by net monthly loss, and draft a client-facing no-show policy. Built-in typical estimates by business type work with no setup. Planning only - it never sends messages, charges fees or touches a calendar.

- estimate_no_show_cost: Estimate no-show cost — Estimate what no-shows and unfilled late cancellations cost an appointment business per week, month and year, plus savings if the rate drops 25% or 50%. Works with your numbers or built-in typical estimates by business type. Use to size the problem. Do NOT use to compare fixes; use compare_policy_scenarios.
- recommend_deposit_policy: Recommend deposit policy — Recommend a deposit, late-cancel window, late-cancel fee and no-show fee level from your no-show rate and average price (or typical estimates by business type), with the expected no-show rate after.
